This programme has been designed for current and aspiring strategic technical leads working in higher education or research institutes. It is for technical leaders who are looking to grow their knowledge, skills and networks, and develop themselves as effective and influential strategic technical leaders.

Course Description

The next cohort of this programme will run from June 2026 until November 2026 and includes a break for the summer holidays. 

It will include:

• two residentials: Tuesday 9 June – Thursday 11 June 2026 and Tuesday 3 November – Thursday 5 November 2026 (including the STLN)
• three online interactive workshops during September – October taking place between the two residentials.
