Description

Please don't order your graduate transcript until after your graduation ceremony. We cannot produce this document until your award is conferred.  Any orders placed before your graduation ceremony will be cancelled, and the cost will be refunded to you.

Graduate transcripts can be ordered if you graduated from the university after 2002. The document will confirm your final marks and your degree classification.  

Since July 2020, diploma supplements, which are a detailed version of a graduate transcript, will be made available to you electronically once you graduate.

You will receive an email from PremierCert+ once you have graduated, which allows you to access these documents online free of charge.

If your new employer needs to verify your University of Nottingham degree, they can use theHEDD (Higher Education Degree Data check)service instead. 

Exclusions when ordering graduate transcripts: 

·       If you are a Nursing, midwifery, or physiotherapy studentrequiring an additional transcript to work abroad. Please order that here. 

·       For a BMBS or BMedSci graduate transcript, pleaseorderhere. 

·       Exchange student transcripts , pleaseorderhere. 

·       If you require your NAA achievements, you will need to order a Diploma Supplement.  

Orders take around 4 weeks to process.

Delivery options 

Email delivery- we can either email the document to you, or to a third party if you'd prefer. You can provide the third party email address when you submit your order.

Royal Mail -is free of charge and will be sent by standard 2nd class delivery. There is no tracking information available.   

UK Tracked-thisoption will incur a £5 fee at checkout.   

International Tracked- tracked international post by airmail to overseas destinations. Thisoptionwill incur a £10 fee at checkout. 

Courier- if you require an expedited service to overseas destinations, a fee of £30 will be added at checkout. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

World Evaluation Services (WES)- we have an agreement with WES for secure electronic transfer, which is a digital-only service. Please select deliveryby emailto use this service, providing your WES Reference Number (a six-digit number beginning with a 6) on the order form instead of an email for delivery.

Provisional transcript (for current students)

Description

A provisional transcript will show you the provisional results you have obtained so far, including a list of modules and marks (please note these are not confirmed until after the exam board and you are awarded your final degree).  

If you request a hard copy provisional transcript, it will be authenticated with a university stamp.  

Alternatively, the same information is displayed with the same modules and marks on Blue Castle, which has a print function so you can download and print this out free of charge. This is a much quicker way for you to receive a copy of your modules and marks. 

Orders take around 4 weeks to process.

Transcript Request for Study Abroad and Exchange Students

Description

This provisional transcript is ONLY for study abroad and exchange students who have studied at The University of Nottingham UK Campus for a part of your degree programme (one semester or one year) from another University. 

Provisional transcripts cannot be shared electronically via email with youWe can only send provisional transcripts electronically to third parties, such as other universities or employers, on your behalf. You will need to provide the email address of the institution that we're sending it to, or we won't be able to process your order and you will be refunded. 

Please be aware that upon completion of your study period at Nottingham and once all debts to the University have been paid, an electronic copy of the official University of Nottingham transcript will be created for study abroad and exchange students and sent to your home university via the Sponsorship Team. 

If you studied at the University prior to 2000 we may not have a comprehensive set of your marks available and we will instead produce a letter confirming your study dates and School/Department free of charge. Please email visiting-students@nottingham.ac.uk 

Orders take 4-6 weeks to process.

Email delivery - Please ensure that you include the full details of the organisation and email address of the third-party organisation in your order.  The recipient details will then be verified via the organisation’s website. If we can’t verify that the email address belongs to a third-party organisation, we will not be able to process your order and you will be refunded automatically.
