Graduate / Leavers Transcript (Graduate 2002 onwards)
Graduate or Leavers transcripts can be requested if you graduated or have withdrawn from the University of Nottingham from 2002 onwards. (UK Campus)
We are offering the option to send electronic Graduate Transcript by email only directly to the third party organisation requiring this document. Emailed transcript cannot be sent directly to graduates.
Prospective employers should use HEDD (Higher Education Degree Datacheck) to verify an award gained from the University of Nottingham.

Delivery Options Information
Royal Mail option is free of charge and will be sent via standard 2nd class delivery in the UK or by airmail to overseas destinations. There is no tracking information available. Please note that for post by airmail it can take several weeks for delivery.
International Tracked - Tracked international post by airmail to overseas destinations. This option will incur an additional £10 fee at the checkout.
Courier - If you require an expedited service to overseas destinations. Please note that cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. An additional fee of £30 will be added at the checkout.
Email delivery - Please ensure that you include the full details of the organisation and email address of that third party organisation in your order. The recipient details will then be verified via the organisation’s website, if the verification cannot be determined then this will be referred back to the originator of the order. We cannot email transcripts directly to graduates, to family members or friends, or to any personal email addresses.
World Evaluation Services (WES) - we have an agreement with WES for secure electronic transfer so it is not possible to send by post or courier - please select delivery by email only. Please provide your WES Reference Number on the order form instead of an email for delivery.
