LettersConfirmation of Degree LetterDescriptionIf you are a current student and haven't yet graduated, you can order a confirmation of student status letter through the NottinghamHub. Please do not order your Confirmation of Degree Letter until after the date of your graduation ceremony, we cannot produce this document until after your graduation which is the day your award is conferred. Any orders placed before your graduation ceremony will be cancelled and the cost will be refunded you within the timeframes outlined below. Our current processing time is approximately six weeks. However, due to the Winter break (24 December 2025 returning on 05 January 2026), there may be a further delay of up to two weeks in completing your order. Once you have graduated, you can request this letter to confirm your degree title, classification and date. The letter will show:
If you didn't get awarded a degree at the end of your studies, you can order this letter to confirm your period of study. We are currently experiencing a high level of demand for documents and as a result orders can be taking more than 6 weeks to process.
