Confirmation of Degree Letter
Once you have graduated from the University of Nottingham you can request a letter to confirm your studies (UK Campus only). If no degree was awarded a letter can be provided to confirm your period of study.
For 2022 Finalists, if your GRADUATION CEREMONY HAS NOT YET TAKEN PLACE, you need a confirmation of student status letter. Please be aware that your award date is not when you receive your final results, but the date of graduation is when your degree is awarded.
For the Class of 2020 and 2021 if you require a letter regarding your attendance at your rescheduled ceremony, please see the information on the Graduation webpages.
During busy times such as after graduation, there may be a delay in processing orders.
This document will confirm the information held on your student record. It will include your name and date of birth, the date you began your studies as well as the date you completed your studies, the degree awarded and the graduation date. Please note, however, that records for courses pre-2002 may not be as detailed.
Please note - graduates/leavers may only request letters for themselves; requests on behalf of others will not be accepted.
By email option is to an email address specfied in the order under 'email for delivery' - this can be to yourself or direct to a third party.
Royal Mail option is free of charge and will be sent via standard 2nd class delivery in the UK or by airmail to overseas desinations. There is no tracking information available. Please note that delivery by airmail can take several weeks.
Tracked - Tracked post by airmail to overseas destinations. This option will incur an additional £10 fee at the checkout.
Courier - If you require an expedited service to overseas destinations. Please note that cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. An additional fee of £30 will be added at the checkout.
