Confirmation of Degree Letter


Once you have graduated from the University of Nottingham you can request a letter to confirm your studies (UK Campus only). If no degree was awarded a letter can be provided to confirm your period of study. IF YOUR GRADUATION CEREMONY HAS NOT YET TAKEN PLACEyou need a confirmation of student status letter

During busy times such as after graduation, there may be a delay in processing  orders. 

This document will confirm the information held on your student record. It will include your name and date of birth, the date you began your studies as well as the date you completed your studies, the degree awarded and the graduation date. Please note, however, that records for courses pre-2002 may not be as detailed.

Please note - graduates/leavers may only request letters for themselves; requests on behalf of others will not be accepted. 

Delivery Options

By email option is to an email address specfied in the order under 'email for delivery' - this can be to yourself or direct to a third party.

Where a printed letter is required for official purposes there is the option to be sent by post.
