Provisional Transcripts can be purchased if you are currently a student with the University of Nottingham (UK Campus) and want to request proof of the results you have obtained so far. All transcripts are authenticated with a university stamp. Please note that Provisional Transcripts only provide a list of modules with marks.
If you do not require a signed stamped transcript please be aware that current students can print or save a PDF of their Provisional Transcript via Blue Castle. (At the bottom of the list of modules and marks there is a ‘Print View’ button. After clicking on this go to the print menu where you can either sent it to print or select the ‘Save as PDF’ option.)
We are offering the option for an electronic Provisional Transcript, this can be issued directly to the third party organisation requiring this document only. We are unable to email transcripts directly to students.
If you were an Exchange Student who has completed your period of study, Exchange Student Transcripts can be ordered here.
If you have graduated or left the University then a Provisional Transcript is not appropriate. Please order a Graduate/Leavers Transcript.
Royal Mail option is free of charge and will be sent via standard 2nd class delivery in the UK or by airmail to overseas destinations. There is no tracking information available. Please note that for post by airmail it can take several weeks for delivery.
International Tracked - Tracked international post by airmail to overseas destinations. This option will incur an additional £10 fee at the checkout.
Email delivery - Please ensure that you include the full details of the organisation and email address of that third party organisation in your order. The recipient details will then be verified via the organisation’s website, if the verification cannot be determined then this will be referred back to the originator of the order. We cannot email transcripts directly to graduates, to family members or friends, or to any personal email addresses.
World Evaluation Services (WES) - we have an agreement with WES for secure electronic transfer so it is not possible to send by post or courier - please select delivery by email only. Please provide your WES Reference Number on the order form instead of an email for delivery.
