Your ticket provides full access to the three-day conference taking place 16–18 September. Final timings and the detailed programme will be confirmed closer to the event, but your ticket includes the following:
Admittance to all conference sessions across the three days.
Regular refreshments throughout the event, including tea, coffee, and light snacks.
Lunch on all three days, with a short group walk from the Monica Partridge building (the main conference venue) to the Portland Building on campus. Delegates will be able to choose from three different restaurants, offering the opportunity to try something new each day.
Your ticket also includes two evening networking events:
Welcome Reception – Wednesday evening
Held in one of the university’s halls of residence, this informal reception will include a welcome drink and canapés -a relaxed opportunity to meet fellow delegates at the start of the conference.
Conference Dinner – Thursday 17 September, from 7:00pm
Taking place at the Vat & Fiddle in Nottingham city centre, the dinner will feature food trucks in the beer garden, creating a casual and social atmosphere. The Castle Brewery will also be brewing a speciality beer exclusively for the event. If budget allows, there may even be live entertainment during the evening.
The event will conclude at 11:00pm, after which guests are perfectly placed to continue the evening in the city or return to their accommodation.
Please see the optional extras and guest sections for additional ticket add-ons, including guest passes for the conference dinner and discounted university halls accommodation. We recommend booking a room in halls as we have secured a discounted rate with a reservation (Other accommodation in Nottingham is likely to cost £100+ per night).
