PEMC Summer Barbecue 2026

Description

PEMC summer barbecue 2026

Location: Florence Boot Hall, University Park Campus.

Date: Friday 21st August 2026, from 3pm.

Drinks: The bar will be open between 3-7pm.

Cost: just £10 per person. (Children under 15 are free.)

Please bring along your family. This is a family celebration for members of the PEMC and their guests. Partners and children are not just welcomed but encouraged to attend.

The University of Nottingham's Institute for Aerospace Technology, supported by the Aerospace Technology Institute, is delighted to invite you to the Cryogenic Fuel Systems Conference in June 2026 (9th to 10th), held on the university's Jubilee Campus.

This conference will bring together researchers in cryogenics from across the UK. The programme will include technical sessions, invited talks, tours, and poster sessions.

We encourage academics and researchers in all stages of their career, as well as PhD students, to present their work and network with experts from across the field.

The MEGUKI Conference 2026 - Nottingham

Description

The UK’s first whole-head MEG system was installed at Aston University in 2001, and over following years a further nine UK sites have opened (York, UCL, Cardiff, Nottingham, Glasgow, Oxford, Cambridge, Ulster and Birmingham). Since 2007 these sites have taken it in turns to hold an annual MEG UK meeting to help share research findings and foster links between the UK MEG research sites. In 2023 it was announced that Trinity College Dublin would be acquiring the Republic of Ireland’s first MEG system and that year Trinity held the annual meeting, now expanded to include the Irish Republic and renamed MEG UKI.
 
Nottingham is delighted to be hosting the annual MEGUKI conference for the 2nd time since it's inception. This 3-day conference will cover topics across the MEG space, as well as multi-modal neuroimaging, and we invite all MEG labs nationally and internationally, to join us.
