IELTS 'Enquiry on Results' (Appeal) fee for tests.
Detailed Description
If you wish to appeal against your IELTS test results you need to follow the ‘Enquiry on Results’ (EOR) procedure.
To have one or more sections of your test re-marked, you need to pay the £120 EOR fee and submit a request via the British Council IELTS Test Taker Portal within 6 weeks of your test date. You do not need to return your IELTS Test Report Form to us at this stage.
Once we receive your request and payment, we will send the appropriate test materials to the British Council to be remarked. We will inform you of the outcome of your appeal within 2-21 days. If you have not received a response after 28 days, please email [email protected]
If your score changes as a result of the remark, you will be refunded the £120 fee and will need to return your original Test Report Form before we can issue a new certificate with your updated scores.
