Additional copies of IELTS Test Results can be sent directly to institutions, organisations and employers. If you took an IELTS on Paper test, you can also request a replacement personal copy if the original is lost.

All electronic copies (to registered Universities only) are free of charge. For hard (paper) copies the first 5 (delivered within the UK) are also free.

You should only pay this fee if you have already requested five free hard copies.

Transfer fee for IELTS tests.

Transfers before the test date: A completed transfer form and payment must be submitted at least 5 weeks before the test date.

Transfers after the test date: A completed transfer form and payment must be submitted within 3 days from the test date (after centre approval).

IELTS 'Enquiry on Results' (Appeal) fee for tests.

Please ensure that you have submitted your online application BEFORE making payment.

Once your payment goes through successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from the online store. Please note your IELTS test application will only be marked as paid after your payment has been processed by a member of staff during working hours.
