IELTS 'Enquiry on Results' (Appeal) fee for tests.
If you wish to appeal against your IELTS test results you need to follow the ‘Enquiry on Results’ (EOR) procedure. To have one or more components of your test re-marked, you need to complete the EOR Form and send it to us, along with your original Test Report Form and a £60 fee, within 6 weeks of your test date.
Once we receive your form and payment, we will send the appropriate test materials to the British Council to be re-marked. We will inform you of the outcome of your appeal within 8 weeks. If your score changes as a result of the remark, you will be refunded the £60 fee and will be issued with a new certificate.
