Use of the Abattoir in Nutritional Monitoring (20% discount for booking online)

This course will utilise the onsite abattoir at Sutton Bonington to give a hands on approach to the collection and use of samples collected at the abattoir from cull and prime stock.  The course will also cover how to send samples and how to utilize the results of the abattoir sample analysis to monitor the herd and improve nutritional status.  Further to the interpretation we will explore together the strategies available to correct identified nutritional issues and how to check that our approach has worked.
