Project Management Fundamentals: A Toolkit for Technicians

Most of the work that technicians do requires project management: when you create your teaching plans, when you are scoping out a new lab space and when you purchase new equipment and material. This one day workshop will look at a number of project management principles, each of them chosen because they apply to technicians and their technical work environment.

This technician-focussed workshop will introduce and refresh your understanding of Project Management and the associated tools, techniques and methods.
