Technical Leadership - Leading Self and Others

A 4-day cohort programme providing technical leaders at all levels with the skills and knowledge to lead self and others with clarity and effectiveness.   

Course Description

 

This cohort-based programme supports technical leaders at all levels to develop the confidence, clarity, and practical skills to lead themselves and others effectively. Across four interactive days, participants will explore what it means to lead in the technical environment. Through experiential learning, reflection and peer collaboration, participants will strengthen how they lead themselves and others, developing confidence communication and influence while building sustainable habits for resilience and impact.  

The programme is aimed at Technical Leaders at all levels who have not attended a full leadership programme before and want to be part of a multi-disciplinary group to actively learn with peers.  

The programme is delivered online with one in-person event at the University of Nottingham.

Session 4 | 20 January 2027 | 9.30am - 4pm | IN PERSON | University of Nottingham

Certificates will be issued to everyone completing the course.
