Course Description

The higher education and research landscape is shifting rapidly, and technical leaders are often at the forefront of guiding teams through uncertainty, restructuring, and evolving priorities. This one-day masterclass (delivered over two half days) equips leaders with the tools to understand change dynamics, communicate with clarity, and support themselves and their teams during turbulent times. Participants will explore practical strategies for building resilience, leading without all the answers, and maintaining focus and trust in times of change.

• Recognise and address resistance, using supportive and constructive strategies 

• Apply structured approaches to problem solving when faced with incomplete or uncertain information
