Course Description

Teaching is communicative and will be in the target language wherever possible. Class work emphasises listening, speaking and practice of sentence structure.  Self-study activities will be set each week and will consist of reviewing work done in class, preparing activities to use in the following class and practising language skills as advised by the tutor.

Resources to support the course include on-line materials which will be made available by the tutor. There may be a textbook in addition to this, which you would need to buy. Your tutor will be able to advise.

Teaching will be held on University Park campus, University of Nottingham.

Please note this is a 10 week course. There is the potential for a second block of teaching in the summer term, however this would be subject to demand.

If a course doesn’t reach the minimum number of students by close of enrolment on Sunday 12 January 2025 we will contact any students affected as soon as possible to offer an alternative course or full refund.
