Programme Fee Details

Participant fee:

The early bird participant fee of £1995 includes study materials, refreshments and lunch.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

In the unfortunate event that you cancel your place on the programme, cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

All cancellations and amendments must be confirmed to us in writing. On receipt of this confirmation the notice period becomes effective including any refund

As a consumer, you may cancel a booking at any time within seven (7) working days from the date of payment by giving written notice to the University. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the programme.  

The University of Nottingham reserves the right to cancel the programme or change the dates up to one calendar month prior to its start. 

The University will not be liable for any travel costs or expenses incurred by the delegate.  Participants should consider travel cancellation coverage in the exceptional event that the program is cancelled or that participants are unable to attend for personal or professional reasons

REFUNDS

The University will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day on which you gave notice of cancellation.

Refunds, if applicable, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction.
