The University of Nottingham Practice Educator Student Feedback Training is a focussed, interactive session designed to enhance your confidence and effectiveness in giving feedback to student dietitians.
Detailed Description
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the workshop, you will:
- Understand the value of developmental feedback in clinical education
- Explore practical feedback models to support student growth
- Distinguish between debriefing and feedback - and when to use each
- Learn strategies for timing feedback and managing conflict
- Reflect on how to apply these skills in your own practice
Open to all practice educators supporting dietetic students. Sessions will run every few months.
