Module aims:

To provide essential knowledge that will enable course attendees to understand the current and next generation of metrology techniques. The level of understanding will permit the fundamental analysis and optimisation of the metrology techniques studied and evaluation of their potential application.

Learning Outcomes:

On successful completion of this course, attendees will be able to:
