This page is for students who have been invited to a graduation ceremony but who have chosen to graduate in absentia and who want their documents to be delivered by courier, to pay the courier charge.
Detailed Description
If you have been invited to register for a graduation ceremony but choose to not to attend the ceremony (graduate in absentia) and would like to have your documents delivered by courier, this page is where you can pay the associated charge.
Please note that there is a deadline by which you must pay this charge, in advance of your graduation. That deadline is published here (see the Not attending (graduating in absentia) section). If you pay the charge after that deadline, we will send your documents to you by Royal Mail and we will refund the courier charge.
Once graduation ceremonies have concluded and your documents have been handed over to the carrier by our mailroom, the carrier will send you the tracking number for your documents by email or text (dependent upon the carrier).
