Winter break opening hours
Student services centres will be closed for the winter break from 2pm on Friday 20 December to 9am on Thursday 2 January.  We will therefore be unable to process orders during this time.  Student service centres will reopen to in-person enquiries including document collections at 9am on Monday 6 January.  

 

This will confirm your student status and enable you to apply for a visa. It is essential you know the address of the Embassy/Consulate/Visa Application Centre you are applying at before ordering the document.

Please note - students may only request letters for themselves; requests on behalf of other students will not be accepted. 

 

Delivery options

By email option is to an email address specfied in the order under 'email for delivery' - this can be to yourself or direct to a third party.

 Collection - the letter can be collected from one of the Student Service Centres on each of the University Campuses.
