Technical Support

Password resets - if you have forgotten your password please use the forgotten password link from the account area.

Creating an account - you will be prompted to create an account when using the Online Store for the first time, you can use any email address to create an Online Store account.

University Users - please note the Online Store does not use the University Single Sign on so you will still need to create an account if you have a University email address, you can use any email address when creating an account.

Card problems - if you are outside the UK and having problems making payment using a card (e.g. using a card in USD or another currency) please inform your card company that you are trying to make payments in GBP. Your card may need authorising to do this.

We also offer PayPal so you could try using the same card through PayPal or make a payment using a PayPal account.

For enquiries about Official Documents & Letters orders please contact student-services-documents@nottingham.ac.uk quoting your order reference number (e.g. NOTT12345).
