Duplicate Diploma Supplement (Graduates 2005 onwards) DescriptionA Diploma Supplement is a transcript of marks and is issued along with the graduation certificate at the time of graduating. Students who have graduated from 2005 onwards are eligible for Diploma Supplements. Further information on Diploma Supplements can be found on the Student Services website. Please note that Diploma Supplements are not available for Nursing or Midwifery students. Electronic copies of this document are not available to order and we cannot provide scans over email. Diploma Supplements from this store are only available for students who completed their Awards at the UK campus – students who completed Awards at UNNC or UMC can order duplicate certification from the relevant campus.
