Empowering Us All: A Conference on the Importance of Wellbeing in the Workplace


This two-day conference will take place online and is for anyone who is interested in exploring the importance of wellbeing in the regardless of their role, age or gender. It is divided into two separate but related days. Delegates will have an opportunity to share best practice, exchange viewpoints on approaches to wellbeing and the impact of menopause for all in the workplace. They will also be able to reflect on the challenges and possible solutions to address the wellbeing deficits in today’s workplace. It is anticipated that this conference will facilitate networking opportunities and future initiatives for professionals, organisations and advocates interested in advancing wellbeing and menopause inclusivity in the workplace.

A growing body of research is focusing on short-form social media content such as TikTok posts, Instagram reels, and tweets. Despite this, there is a lack of linguistically oriented work that grapples with how to ethically collect and linguistically examine data from these platforms.
