This course will provide delegates with a practical case-based approach to those more difficult cases of acute and chronic gastrointestinal disease.  A systematical protocol for diagnostic work-up will be demonstrated, and will include how to use the nuances of history and clinical signs to help guide you, as well as what diagnostic tests are appropriate and when to use them.

  • Developing a systematic protocol for challenging cases
  • Management of refractory cases
  • Case-based challenges

  • To help delegates develop a more thorough understanding of the differential diagnoses and clinical approach for both acute and chronic and both upper and lower GI cases
