Applied Musculoskeletal Anatomy of the Racing GreyhoundInfo Course InformationThis practical one–day hands-on course will focus on linking anatomy, biochemistry and exercise physiology with clinical conditions in greyhounds. The use of injury data analyses to inform best practice will also be described. The course has interactive tasks to explain the biomechanics and anatomy. Delegates will also be able to view and handle museum specimens of key areas of the MSK system in order to strengthen their understanding of MSK function and disease. T This course is suitable for people with working/sport dog affiliations (e.g. greyhound trainers, dog agility members), physiotherapists, veterinary physiotherapists, animal science course educators/students, veterinary nurses, veterinary surgeons and osteopaths.
