Detailed Description
In order to confirm the fieldwork booking, University of Nottingham (UoN) needs to collect and process personal data. We will share your name, passport details, gender, medical conditions and dietary requirements with the approved travel provider KeyTravel. Some personal data including the above mentioned as well as your address, phone number and next of kin details will be kept with the risk assessment for the trip and will be held on our secure shared drive and securely destroyed once the trip has completed.
