We're delighted to be working in partnership with Pharmaschool to host this one-day course. UKTMN members have exclusive access to this course, and for a reduced price too! We anticipate that places on this course will be very popular so register before it's too late! 

The course will be delivered by Pharmaschool, a leading organisation in clinical research training. The course is suitable for anyone within trial management who wishes to develop their project management skills. 

Everyone manages projects of some description and at the same time are also managed by others while working on a project. These projects can range from an entire clinical trial through to a component, or sub-project, of a trial, e.g. the identification and set-up of investigational sites in a specific country. In order to effectively manage the project it is essential to understand how to plan, track, manage and change a project to ensure the ultimate delivery of a quality product. By the end of the course the participants will be able to:

• Identify the components of projects
• Use planning methods to determine a project plan
• Identify the critical path
• Track the project, update the project and forecast future tasks
• Implement risk, opportunity and change management
• Understand quality and set quality targets for projects

The price for this course is £140. The course is available exclusively to UKTMN members, and is significantly reduced in price compared to the usual cost of a Pharmaschool course! The cost of the course includes training material, refreshments and lunch. Travel or accommodation costs will not be reimbursed. 

Places on this course are limited to 25. You need to register your place as soon as possible in order to not miss out! Once you have registered you will receive an email and online link to the payment platform. Please note invoices cannot be raised for this event, payment can be taken online only.
