It is divided into two separate but related days. Delegates will have an opportunity to share best practice, exchange viewpoints on approaches to wellbeing and the impact of menopause for all in the workplace. They will also be able to reflect on the challenges and possible solutions to address the wellbeing deficits in today’s workplace. It is anticipated that this conference will facilitate networking opportunities and future initiatives for professionals, organisations and advocates interested in advancing wellbeing and menopause inclusivity in the workplace.

Practicalities and Possibilities: Linguistic Approaches to Short-form Social MediaDescriptionA growing body of research is focusing on short-form social media content such as TikTok posts, Instagram reels, and tweets. Despite this, there is a lack of linguistically oriented work that grapples with how to ethically collect and linguistically examine data from these platforms. In this timely seminar, we will explore emerging linguistic work on short-form social media and consider the ethics and practicalities of collecting and analysing this data.
